Under the guidance of founder and owner Gloria Treviño, TheraPLAYoga emphasizes sensory-safe and radically inclusive practices. Treviño, a therapeutic yoga teacher, inclusion activist and mindful parent mentor, brings her personal and professional experiences to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Her approach integrates polyvagal theory, interoception and trauma-informed care to foster connection, mobility and positive mental health.
TheraPLAYoga offers a variety of services, including private yoga sessions, studio and online classes and sensory-friendly yoga parties.
