Mindful Dexter - Mindful Meditation Practice
Practice in community every Second Saturday each month 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Sessions are non-religious and guided by certified instructors in a welcoming, open and non-judgmental space.

Start your weekend mindfully! We’ll meet at the Dexter District Library, in the community room on the lower level. This one-hour meditation practice includes a 25-30 minute guided meditation, a few minutes of silent meditation, followed by time for comments/questions and a discussion on a mindfulness topic. Feel free to stay for the discussion, or to leave as you wish. There is ample space to spread out as is comfortable to you. Through the support of 5 Healthy Towns Dexter Wellness Coalition, and in partnership with the Dexter District Library and the Dexter Wellness Center, Mindful Dexter typically offers 3 sessions every month (one in person and two via Zoom), and an occasional bonus session. Sessions are non-religious and guided by certified instructors in a welcoming, open and non-judgmental space.
