Winter Artisan & Farmers Market

The South Lansing Winter Artisan & Farmers Market,
sponsored by the South Lansing Community Development Association, features more
than 60 local vendors selling a wide variety of Michigan food products,
original art pieces, holiday and home decor, jewelry, pottery, wood and
metalwork, knit/crocheted and sewn/quilted items, natural soaps, candles,
herbal body products, stationary and more from February 3 to March 2, 2024, at the
Alfreda Schmidt Southside Community Center. Everything is homemade, homegrown
and handcrafted. There are also hot food vendors selling delicious Mexican,
Chinese, Polish and soul food to dine-in or carry-out.
Shoppers can find Michigan artists,
crafters, farmers, growers and value-added producers that sell complementary
items. The market also welcomes massage therapists, energy healers, henna
artists and caricaturists. These events are not open to direct sale, wholesale
or resale vendors, and the markets are juried. To maximize the diversity of
products offered, there are vendor limits for specific categories.
Location: 5815 Wise Rd.,
