Optimal Water Detroit will host Partner Yoga & Breath Work: A Tantric Experience, with Tranquil Trece and Divine Rootz, from 5 to 7 p.m., February 18, 2024. There will be his and hers stimulating juices to heighten chi and alkalizing herbal tea bags for reproductive organs, plus fresh, cold-pressed juice and Optimal Water to take home.

Trece says, “Breathing is one of the most important aspects in tantric activities. In this session, you are guided through simultaneous and reciprocal partner breathing exercises as well as solo exercises. A beautiful sensual breathing session followed by couples yoga, which is an amazing way to bond, strengthen non-verbal communication and strengthen emotional intimacy. Couples yoga will include poses that can help increase trust and improve the relationship on and off the mat while improving flexibility, balance and posture.”
