This is a gentle form of movement in our spacious studio - movement that is low key, focused on the nervous system releasing restrictive patterns, Our faculty member Paola Bardell, LMT is certified to teach it and will guide you through , as she works with our current students and with guests.  Wear comfy clothing for movement.  Paola will also share with you about  Table sessions that she offers. The School curriculum integrates Trager methods into class time!
