The Health Hub, in Luzerne, announces the opening of a new Client Learning Center, designed to help clients better understand and engage with their health care. The learning center is organized around a lecture area and interactive learning stations which provide clients with the opportunity to explore specific health issues through educational materials, tools and available testing options.

The Health Hub’s mission is to empower individuals by making health care knowledge accessible. The lecture area offers seminars that simplify complex health topics, providing clear explanations of current research, debunking misconceptions and encouraging open dialogue. These free seminars, including a session entitled Stress and Energy from 10 a.m. to noon on October 26, are led by experienced professionals who are dedicated to enhancing the community’s understanding of wellness and preventative care.

According to Dr. Mysty Berry, “Our main goal is to make our clients and community healthier. What better way to achieve that than by giving people the tools to start the conversation, assist in their care or enhance their decision-making process.”
